Rental Terms & Safety Policy

This page outlines the official rental guidelines and safety expectations for all Battle Blasters Party Rentals customers.

Payments & Deposits

- A $75 refundable deposit is required to reserve your event.

- Final payment is due at:

 - Drop-off (for full-service rentals)

 - Delivery (for Drop-Off DIY rentals)

- We accept: Cash, CashApp, and Venmo

Rental Options

​

Full-Service Rentals

- Includes delivery, setup, takedown, and pickup

- Our team handles everything for a stress

-free experience

- Available for all package types

​

Drop-Off DIY Rentals

- Includes delivery and pickup only

- Customer is responsible for setup and takedown

- All equipment must be ready for pickup at the agreed time

- $25/hour late fee applies if pickup is delayed due to customer

Safety Rules

- Adult supervision is required at all times

- No silly string, sharp objects, or food/drinks on or near any equipment

- Do not use equipment in rain, lightning, or high winds

- Notify us immediately if any equipment becomes damaged or unusable

Cleaning & Damage

- Equipment must be returned clean

- A $25 cleaning fee will apply for items returned muddy, sticky, or soiled

- Customer is responsible for:

 - Lost items  - Stolen gear

 - Damaged or broken equipment

Cancellations & Weather Policy

- Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit

- Reschedules are only allowed for weather-related reasons with at least 4 hours notice

- If weather becomes unsafe during your event, equipment must be taken indoors or covered immediately

Legal & Liability

- All activities are at the customers own risk

- Battle Blasters Party Rentals is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage

- By booking, you agree to all terms and assume all responsibility
