We’re a family-run party rental business serving Omaha, Council Bluffs, and surrounding areas.   At Battle Blasters Party Rentals, we specialize in  and water blaster party setups that turn everyday backyards into unforgettable battlegrounds.

Whether you're planning a kid’s birthday, school event, or family reunion, we bring the fun, the gear, and the energy — so you can focus on making memories.

Rental Policies & Disclaimers

🔐 Security Deposit


A $50 refundable deposit is required to reserve your event. This deposit is returned after all equipment is inspected and confirmed to be in good condition.

💳 Final Payment


The remaining balance is due at delivery, before setup begins. We accept Cash App, cash, or card (ask for card option details in advance).

⚠️ Damage or Loss Fees


If items are returned broken, excessively dirty, or missing, the following charges will apply:​​

  • Lost or broken blaster: $25 each

  • Lost goggles: $5 each

  • Damaged inflatable barricades: $40 each

  • Damaged table or tablecloth: $20

  • Water blaster (if included): $15 each

  • Excessive water or mud damage: $25 cleaning fee

 

🔫 Dart Return Policy


You may keep any extra dart packs you purchase. However, included party darts must be returned. If more than 50 included darts are missing, a $10 replacement fee will be added.

⏰ DIY Rental Return Policy


All items must be returned by 8:00 PM the day of your event unless approved in writing. Late returns will be charged $25 per hour.

🌧️ Weather & Cancellations


We understand life happens!

​

  • Cancel 72+ hours in advance for a full refund

  • Cancel less than 72 hours in advance, and your deposit will be held as credit for a future event

  • Rainouts may be rescheduled at no cost (based on availability)
